SASIB-DELTA-W Cigarette Wrapping Machine

The Delta W is a wrapper with a production speed of 500 packets per minute. It guarantees excellent quality wrapping, is able to handle a wide range of different films and is the ideal combination solution with the SASIB ALFA packer, which is based on the same design.

The machine has a very reduced footprint; all material feeder and forming systems are easily accessed.

The film is fed from a dual reel system equipped with a join device.

To guarantee constant product quality even at start-up and at all production speeds, long seam and end sealing is always performed with constant sealing times.
